1. Service Description
Fast ETA Assist provides application processing assistance for UK Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs). We are a private third-party service and are not affiliated with the UK Government or GOV.UK.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not guarantee that your ETA application will be approved. Approval decisions are made solely by the UK Government. Our service covers the processing and submission of your application only.
3. Fees
Our fees consist of the UK Government ETA fee (passed through at cost) and our service fee. Both are disclosed before payment. No additional fees are charged after checkout.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Incorrect data may result in application delays or denial. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the applicant.
5. Processing Timeline
Processing times are determined by the UK Government. We do not control or guarantee processing speed. We do not offer accelerated or "express" processing.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
Application modifications and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Changes may not be possible once an application has been forwarded for processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fast ETA Assist is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to application denial, travel disruption, or delays caused by UK Government processing.
