Enter your first name and middle name exactly as they appear in your passport, using letters A-Z.

Enter your last name exactly as it appears in your passport, using letters A-Z. If you don't have a last name, enter "N/A."

Select your date of birth from the dropdown menus. Make sure this matches the date of birth listed in your passport.

Select the nationality as it appears on your passport. This must match the nationality on the passport you're using for this application.

Check this box if you want to skip entering your passport information at this moment. You'll need to provide this information later to complete your application.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting

I haven't received my confirmation email

Check your spam/junk folder. If still missing after 1 hour, contact us with your application reference number.

My application status hasn't changed in 3+ days

UK Government processing can take up to 3 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). If it's been longer, contact us.

I entered incorrect passport details

If your application hasn't been forwarded to the government yet, submit a modification request. Otherwise, you may need to cancel and reapply.

I was charged but didn't receive a reference number

Check your email (including spam). If nothing received within 1 hour, contact us with your payment confirmation.

I need to cancel but my status says PROCESSING

Cancellation may still be possible but the government fee will be non-refundable. See the cancellation page for details.
