Please select the date you will be arriving at your destination. This date will help us determine the validity period of your visa.

Enter your first name and middle name exactly as they appear in your passport, using letters A-Z.

Enter your last name exactly as it appears in your passport, using letters A-Z. If you don't have a last name, enter "N/A."

Select your date of birth from the dropdown menus. Make sure this matches the date of birth listed in your passport.

Select the nationality as it appears on your passport. This must match the nationality on the passport you're using for this application.

Fast ETA Assist is a private third-party service providing assistance with UK ETA applications. We are not affiliated with the UK Government or GOV.UK.

We collect only the information necessary to process your UK ETA application:

  • Full name, date of birth, nationality
  • Passport details (number, expiry date)
  • Email address
  • Travel details (purpose, arrival date)
  • Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card data)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to process your ETA application, communicate application status, and provide technical assistance when requested.

4. Data Sharing

Your application data is shared with UK Government systems as part of the ETA submission process. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Application data is retained for the validity period of the ETA plus 12 months, after which it is deleted.
